Florida Highway Patrol reported a crash that claimed two lives on Veterens Expressway.
The crash happened as 59 year old Diana Neuner of Pinellas Park and 71 year old Henry Neuner also of Pinellas Park drove northbound in their SUV on Veterans Expressway early Saturday morning.
As they approached the Gunn Highway overpass for reasons unknown the vehicle drove off the highway and slammed into a concrete barrier wall.
The force of the impact proved fatal for both driver and passenger.
Troopers added in their report that Diana Neuner ad not been wearing a seat belt during the crash.
